Carpet & Upholstery Money Back Terms & Conditions

1. Open to UK residents only aged 16 and over, excluding WD40 employees and immediate families of employees, or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion.

2. Any claims under the money back promise must be received by 1st June 2013.

3. A valid claim shall consist of: Full name and address of claimant, minimum of 20 word negative statement detailing the dissatisfaction, original itemised till receipt showing the purchase of WD40 1001 Carpet Wipes dated within the term of the promotion and the URN from the promotional pack.

4. The guarantee applies to WD40 1001 Carpet & Upholstery Wipes only and is limited to one claim and refund per household. This does not affect your statutory rights.

5. All applications must be sent to: WD40 1001 Carpet Wipes Satisfaction Guarantee, Department 11550, PO Box 999, Tring, Herts, HP23 4ZP to arrive no later than 1st June 2013.

6. Your personal data will be handled for administrative purposes only and according to the UK data protection law.

7. If you have made a valid claim you will receive a refund of the purchase price detailed on the till receipt up to a maximum of £1.99.

8. The refund will be supplied in the form of a cheque.

9. Please allow for at least 28 days for delivery of the refund cheque from receipt of valid claim.

10. No claims will be accepted via third parties or in bulk.

11. No responsibility will be taken for lost or delayed claims. Claimant must pay for postage of their claim.
